Purpose:
This machine is suitable for adhesive tape, rubber, plastic, sponge, waterproof materials, electric wire & cable, textile, net rope, non-woven fabrics etc, nonmetal materials and metallic thread, metal foil, steel plate and metal rod to do tensile, compression, bending, peeling, cutting, tearing shearing tests.
Computer control style RS-8000A ( It is used for spot test in production line, can do many data analysis and print the test report, also can used for material’s cyclic test and holding test ).
Universal Tensile Tester Maintenance:
1, machine parts, the appearance of regular cleaning to keep clean.
2, plating part please wipe oil to prevent rusting Kibo light.
3, part of the power screw and screw please add oil to protect sensitive transmission. (Add a little butter and oil mining lubricants can be mixed).
4, panel (ie, the control box display) wipe with a dry cloth to prevent wet, to avoid damaging IC electronic components.
5, the fixtures and fittings, please properly set, and remove anti-rust oil to prevent rust.
6, the work required to turn off the power.
